One Life

One Life is a musical journey through the stages of a soul's passage—its arrival, growth, awakening, return, and renewal.

Tracks:
Earthsong—Before birth, the soul prepares to embody. Drawn toward the Earth plane, it sings its unique song—a melody of purpose, possibility, and becoming.

Then Welcome Song—At the moment of arrival, the soul meets the world. This gentle piece honors the grounding of spirit into form, attuning itself to the steady pulse of the Earth.

Then Spring Dance—Childhood unfolds in wonder, curiosity, and delight. Joyful and playful, this piece celebrates the innocence and freedom of early life while showcasing the bright character of the major scale.

Next, Walking in the Woods—Adolescence is a time of exploration, mystery, and discovery. Recorded in the Mixolydian mode, this piece balances uncertainty with confidence, capturing the adventure of finding one's way.

And then, Gratitude—Played on a Stephen DeRuby EZ Anasazi flute, this reflective piece honors a stage of life in which we begin to recognize the gifts hidden within both triumph and challenge. Here, gratitude becomes a way of being.

And next is Blessed Are—An inspired piece based on the words Blessed are the pure in heart, the pure in heart, the pure in heart.

Finally, Communion—A sacred remembrance that we are never separate from Spirit. As life's journey nears completion, the boundaries between worlds grow thin and the soul prepares to return home.

This music invites listeners into moments of reflection, connection, and wonder, honoring the sacred journey we each travel through this one precious life.
